The concept behind this web redesign was to reflect the dramatic and unique architecture of the theater located in Melbourne, Australia.

My goal was to step beyond the common web site structure of most arts organizations and create something unique, dramatic and experiential. The biggest challenge was balancing the emotional experience with necessary functionality... a design that reflected the intensity of the theater's architecture, while still working within the limitations of the ticketing software, budget and serving the functional needs of the organization. Despite a few battles with the developers, I think we succeeded! This site is fully integrated with a Tessitura ticketing software and a CMS.

My role was lead designer, carrying the project from initial concept to completion.
