Just before Christmas I returned from my third trip to India. I came home with an array of spices and decided I needed to share the wealth. I assembled mini Indian cooking kits for friends and family Christmas gifts. Each kit included:
- 6 Tins: Garam Masala, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Chilli, Coriander and Cumin.
- 4 Bags: Cinnamon stick, Anise stars, Bay leaves and Cloves
- 1 Jar: Jasmine Green Tea
- 1 Book: Simply Indian by Tahera Rawji
- 1 Chocolate Bar: Fig, Fennel & Almond or Coconut Curry by local Theo’s Chocolate.
